Absence Notes If you have been absent from school, you will need to bring a note. Give this note to your roll call teacher on your first day back at school. Notes must be presented within five school days or the absence is noted as being unexplained. If any other members of your family (brother or sister) were also absent on the same day(s), one note will cover the absence. Have your parent/caregiver write a note that gives the following information:- John Smith 6 White Street Roll 30 Kurri Kurri 2327
Dear Teacher, My son John was absent from school on .................................. as he was not feeling well.

Lunch Passes Students who live close to school and wish to go home for lunch should see Mrs Andrews (HT Administration). Parents need to sign the application form. The pass is not to be used to go anywhere else other than home for lunch. Students using a lunch pass should return to school promptly at the end of lunch. No student should go to another child’s home for lunch. Very few students apply for a lunch pass as they prefer to remain at school with their friends.
